The steps to create a ticket from within the account are same as described above. Once the account is created, click on the service needed, enter the details, and click Send.

 1. After creating the ticket, return to Conformiq Help Center page, observe the “Request” option enabled at the top right corner as shown in below figure 13.

2. Click on “Request” button and observe the queries raised and its status as shown in below figure 14.

Note:

  1. If the status of the query raised is changed by Conformiq team, it’ll get automatically reflected in the “Request” portal and this can be viewed by changing the required filters provided in the ‘request’ page as shown in below figure 15.

2. The comments provided by Conformiq Team during the process can be viewed by clicking on the reference numbers.

3. In this ‘Request’ page, even the past records of queries raised, and its status can also be viewed by changing the filters to ‘Closed’, the associated ‘Request Type’ and the user responsible for raising the queries.
