Sharing Tickets - Across “Organization”

The “Organization” in the Conformiq Support ticketing platform is provided to have effective and transparent communication with all team members of a particular project. “Organization” is basically a ‘Group’. With this option, all the team members of that project group will be notified with the updates on the issues raised.

 The Organization will be created and maintained by Conformiq Support team based on request.

 For example, consider a group created as ‘CQ team test’. If an issue arises, a user can open the form to fill in details and raise issue. Within this form, an option called ‘Share with’ is available for sharing the issue with team members of the project. The Organization name will be selected by default as shown in below figure 16

Note:

This option can be changed - in case where the issue need not be seen by other team members, the option “No one” can be selected.

By using “Organization” as filter criteria in the ‘Request’ page of the portal, any member of the Organization can view all issues and search for any issue shared with Organization. Please refer figure 18.

Anybody having access to a ticket can also comment/provide additional information on the ticket. The comments will be visible to all members in the Organization.

If a query is already raised and needs to be shared with the group, then open the request page, click ‘+’ button under ‘Share with’ as shown in below figure 19 to share the issue with the project group.
