Deployment Guidelines - Overview

This document provides generic technical guidelines that ensure successful deployment of Conformiq Creator in industrial production testing and assumes that users are using the latest available version of Conformiq Creator, i.e., Creator 4.x. It can be viewed as a collection of best practices for modelling and test generation with Conformiq MBT products. It is meant to be used as a baseline for development of own company or even project specific guidelines, e.g., by Center Of Excellence (CoE) teams.

The target audiences of this document are Conformiq Creator users with a good working knowledge of modelling and test generation, e.g., users that undergone basic training and spent 2-4 weeks using Creator in industrial production testing within their application domain.

This document is not intended to be a tutorial nor advanced training material nor does it explain how to manage MBT projects. The section Troubleshooting attempts to collect and shortly summarize some useful advice with references into the guidelines.
